Minutes to October 8, 2008 Meeting

The meeting was called to order at 7:30PM.  All six of the officers were present as well as five of the six trustees.

There were no minutes read due to the secretary’s absence at the September meeting.

The Commodore reviewed the items pending from the September meeting.  Terry Wilke will arrange to update the Yachtsman of the Year plaque.  The Al Noelker Fishing Tournament is October 11th.  Terry Wilke had priced tarps and doors for the pavilion and found them to be too expensive at the present time.  We will try to get free replacement tarps for the time being.  Walter reneged on his offer to chair the Entertainment Committee, so we are still looking for volunteers.  Next meeting at the Zone Car Lounge we will have the nomination of new officers.  Please complete the form in the Rudder Post if you are nominating yourself or anyone else.
