The meeting was called to order at 7:35 PM there were 22 people in attendance including 4 officers and 3 trustees.

The minutes of the August meeting were read and approved.

The financial report was read and approved. We have $6678.61 in the bank.

Reports from the officers;
          Rear Commodore: Rick asked for help in hanging the rest of the tarps    
           And replacing the floor in the back shed. Saturday September 19th at
           10:00.

Reports from the Committees;
           Entertainment: Ray thanked everyone for their help at the Dan Zola         
            Concert we had $420.00 in the 50-50. The winner gave back $100.00
            Ray would also like some door prizes for the Clam Bake.
 
            By-laws: We waived the final reading of the new by-laws and voted
            They were approved.
 
There was a debate over the need to police the parking on holiday weekends. We had a lot of transient dockers and strangers in the lot.

Dan will contact the Zone Car to make arrangements for our winter meetings October will be our last meeting in the pavilion. Nora reminded us that there is no smoking in small meeting room.
