The meeting was called to order at 7:30PM there were 28 people in attendance, including 6 officers and 5 trustees. We said the pledge of allegiance and had a moment of silence.

The minutes from the March meeting were read and approved.

The “checking of the books” was started but incomplete we should have all the information for next months meeting.
